Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
- Standard delivery to the US takes 10-19 business days from the date of dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Cost
- Standard shipping to the US is FREE.
- Priority processing is available at checkout for an additional $3.95.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
- If you no longer want your order, contact us before it ships and we will do our best to help.
- If the order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery and request a refund once it returns to us.
Upon Receipt of Your Order
Please inspect your package on delivery. If it is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it.
Lost Orders
All orders are tracked. If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
